Our Standard Delivery Charge structure is based upon the size of product ordered for delivery:

- Orders up to and including £50 will incur a delivery charge of £7.99
- Orders over £50 are FREE*
- Next Day Delivery - available at a cost of £15 for all small items, with all standard delivery charges as above applied.
*Woodfloors-Online offer a FREE 2 day delivery service on orders over £50 to most mainland UK addresses, subject to stock availability. An additional cost may be applied to certain outer regions and goods outsourced from other manufacturers.

- Orders up to and including £100 +VAT will incur a delivery charge of £30 +VAT
- Orders over £300 +VAT are FREE*
- Next Day Delivery - available at a cost of £80 +VAT for all Large Items, with all standard delivery charges as above applied.
*Woodfloors-Online offer a FREE 3 Day Delivery Service on orders over £300 +VAT to most mainland UK addresses, subject to stock availability. An additional cost may be applied to certain outer regions and goods outsourced from other manufacturers.
All orders for Next Day Delivery must be placed and funds cleared by 11.30am. Next day delivery only applies to working days, Monday to Friday. Bank holidays are not included.

Goods will only be delivered to the front of the agreed delivery address or to the kerb side. It is important therefore to arrange for adequate help at your time of delivery. At least one able-bodied person will be required to receive and move the goods.
You must state all necessary requirements and restrictions that may affect your delivery when you place your order. Unless stated otherwise, it will be assumed that the delivery address will be fully accessible.
Deliveries are made between 8.00am until approximately 6.00pm GMT, and will be delivered by standard van or lorry, dependent upon the size of your order.
Delivery times are approximate, and any requests for an Estimated Time of Arrival will be at the courier’s discretion. Woodfloors-Online cannot be held responsible for specific delivery times.
No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking any installers until all of your goods have been received.
Please inspect all goods immediately on delivery. You should inspect all more fragile items like trims and glance over (but not open) packs of flooring for any visible damage.
If our courier arrives at your address on the arranged delivery date, but is unable to deliver your goods because you are not there, or there is inadequate help available, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred.
ALL deliveries must be signed for.
If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged or missing item, please make sure that it is noted on the courier’s paperwork. No claims for damaged or missing items can be made after the courier has left the delivery address, unless they have been noted and signed for as damaged or missing. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur the return delivery charge where applicable.
