Merbau

Merbau is a medium-brown coloured wood with red/orange highlights and a coarse graining. Sometimes this wood also shows gold "flecks" when finished.

Merbau can appear to vary somewhat in hue, from a mixture of light browns to medium browns to dark browns, and it undergoes a degree of colour change, darkening over time to deeper orange brown colour.
