Woodfloors-online offer a free 3 day delivery service on orders over £350 plus vat to mainland UK addresses, subject to stock availability, a surcharge may apply to some Scotland addresses, and goods outsourced with the manufacturers.
All orders under the £350 will incur delivery charge of £30 plus vat.
Next day deliveries are available at a cost of £80 plus VAT, for next day delivery all orders must be placed and funds cleared by 11.30 AM. Next day delivery only applies to working days, Monday to Friday, Bank holidays are not included.
Goods will only be delivered to kerb side or front, therefore please arrange for adequate help at time of delivery. At least one able person will be required.
State all delivery details and any restrictions at the time of order It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible.
Deliveries are made from 8.00 am to around 6.00pm, In Vans or lorries.
Delivery times will be approximate, a request for an  E.T.A is at the courier’s discretion.
Woodfloors-online cannot be held responsible for delivery times
Please inspect all goods immediately on delivery, this means opening tubes to check trims, glancing over (but not opening) packs of flooring for visible damage.
If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there, or there is inadequate help available, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred. ALL deliveries must be signed for.
If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged or missing item, make sure it’s noted on the courier’s paperwork.
No claims for damaged or missing items can be made after the courier has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged or missing. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur the return delivery charge where applicable.
No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking installers until goods have been received.
